At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new fashion finds. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
